VALERIE LEVIN  |  Senior Vice President, Managing Broker, Multi Office Leader | Midtown & Perimeter North

Valerie Levin’s real estate career spans 30 years of success in residential sales, management, training and business development for some of the most respected firms in Atlanta.

She is passionate about running a brokerage with high standards of business practice and creating an environment conducive to high production. “My job is to help our agents grow and become the very best professionals in our market place. Levin returned to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties after 3 years working in business development for a venerable Europeanbased boutique real estate brand. “I am so honored to return to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties! The Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties Office of Midtown is where Levin began her career in 2005 with the leadership team. “Midtown is the pulse and epicenter of culture in our city. With the procurement of a luxury project like Opus Place, I envision our Midtown Office as a part of that artistic and creative community in Midtown. Our team will assure a concierge level of service to our clients.” 

An avid Equestrian in the sport of Eventing and a life-long Dressage aficionado, Valerie enjoys competing and spectating in various horse shows in the Southeast. Valerie lives in Buckhead with her husband and has a daughter attending New York University’s prestigious Tisch School.

RANDALL VALVERDE  |  Creative Director | Midtown & Perimeter North

Born and raised in the cosmopolitan city of San José, Costa Rica, Randall grew up in a real estate family. At an early age, Randall discovered his passion for creativity and design as he assisted his mother, Berthalia, with interior design and marketing. To this day, the Valverde’s, run a very successful real estate company in Costa Rica!  Randall’s enthusiasm for making a statement by capturing the eye led him to study Advertising at Veritas University. 

Bringing 30 years of experience in the fields of communication and advertising, Randall is responsible for implementing marketing strategies for top producers in the intown real estate market. His advice on positioning in the marketplace has impacted the careers of young realtors and catapulted them to success. With solid experience in the field of communications, Randall brings to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices a combination of advertising knowledge and extensive visual arts expertise. Prior to joining Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, Randall was Creative Director of Communications at OPTEC USA in Atlanta. Before that, he was part of the Leo Burnett Creative Team. 

He has received numerous awards in national and international advertising campaigns, including the prestigious Communicator Award. Randall feels right at home at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices because of their esteemed reputation and adherence to professionalism and integrity.

TERRY BISSELL | Director of Sales | Midtown & Perimeter North

Terry Bissell spent his childhood living in St. Simons Island, Georgia and London England. The son of British parents, he is very appreciative of the opportunities and world view he developed due to “crossing the pond” and back at such an early age.

An avid golfer since childhood, Terry won two prestigious state championships in high school. He attributes his golf career with the disciplined practices where he learned to focus and block out distraction. From Georgia Southern to Georgia Tech, he graduated with honors with a degree in Quantitative Analysis. 

His passion for real estate comes from his family of business owners, real estate brokers, and real estate agents. Terry’s family has owned and operated a successful real estate brokerage in the Golden Isles for over 30 years. He has worked for his family owned real estate brokerage since childhood, gaining valuable experience that he carried with him to Atlanta. 

Prior to joining Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties, he began his career as a project manager for an accounting software company, the New York State based Harris Corporation. He was quickly promoted to a business consultant and investment analyst.

Warren Buffett is one of Terry’s favorite business icons and from the time he was a young man, he had always wanted to work for Berkshire Hathaway! With expertise in business, management, and investments, Terry feels right at home working as a manager for such a highly revered company in Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. 

GLORIA GORDILLO  | Office Administrator

Born and raised in Northen Costa Rica, Gloria moved to Miami Florida in 1996 to continue her studies at the University of Miami where she and her husband resided for almost 10 years. Prior to moving to Atlanta in 2005, Gloria held various managerial positions at EWM Realty (formerly known as: Essingler Wooden and Maxwell, Inc.) and Fortune International Realty, where she gained a deep knowledge of real estate transactions working for the top two most successful brokers in South Florida. 

An overall “people person”, Gloria brings a rounded background in transactional management and customer service, always thriving to deliver her very best.  Her winning attitude and exemplary track record, allows her to provide the best transactional support possible. She is committed to very high standards, placing herself in the best interests of the BHHS sales team and clients.

Gloria takes great pride in being part of the Berkshire Hathaway family. In her free time Gloria loves to ride horses and host great dinner gathering with friends and family.
